•Orders placed and paid before 10:00 AM (PST) on business days will be shipped the same day.

•Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be shipped on the next business day, in the order received.

•Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the carrier and weather conditions.

•A tracking number will be automatically sent via email once your order has shipped.

•Products that have been opened or used

•Items damaged due to customer mishandling, including damaged packaging

•Custom-made products or items clearly marked as non-returnable prior to purchase.

All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, and as a result, each bar is unique.

Natural variations, minor surface marks, or cosmetic changes caused by temperature or transit are normal and do not qualify as damage.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if there is an issue such as an incorrect or incomplete order, please reach out to us and we’ll gladly help.

Discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs.

Due to the hand crafted nature of the soap, each soap bar will have a slightly different shape and weight than the one pictured.
